Jay was one of the first to proliferate the concept of “brain-gain”; identifying and attracting globally located Indian talent for leadership roles back in India. He also specializes in Gender Diversity hiring and has been one of the most successful search consultants in appointing women leaders. Jay was part of the growth story of ABC Consultants, Bangalore, Singapore & Middle East Operations in his earlier career and a start-up leader for Stanton Chase India franchisee operations. He was a pioneer of the technology practice at Stanton Chase and was the APAC Technology Practice Leader. Stanton Chase was subsequently acquired by RGF (part of $22 B Japanese HR & Information Services Company, Recruit Holding Co. Ltd.) Before his baptism into executive search, he had significant stints with Wipro and BEL in the Human Resource function..
